Returns & Exchanges

Eligible KAMAL® jewelry may be returned within 3 days of delivery for exchange or refund.

To be eligible, pieces must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

Custom, bespoke, personalized, made-to-order, sale items, and gift cards are final sale.

To begin a return or exchange, please contact clientcare@onkamal.com with your order number. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact clientcare@onkamal.com upon delivery so we may review and assist.
