Eligible KAMAL® jewelry may be returned within 3 days of delivery for exchange or refund to the original form of payment (credit card, Venmo, or PayPal). Once received, all returns are subject to a quality control inspection. If the item is approved, refunds or exchanges are typically processed within 7 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak gifting periods or holidays.

If an item does not pass inspection, we will contact you with next steps and arrange for the piece to be returned to you.

All returned jewelry must be in new, unworn condition, with all original packaging, protective materials, tags, and stickers intact. We are unable to accept returns for any item that shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered in any way.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom or bespoke creations
• Pieces that have been engraved, embossed, modified, or personalized
• Items from discontinued collections

Returned or exchanged jewelry must belong to a current collection.
