You may return your jewels to KAMAL® within 3 days receiving the delivery, for exchange or for refund to your credit card or Venmo/PayPal account. Once received, your jewelry will enter our quality control inspection process. If the item(s) is determined to be acceptable for return, it may take approximately 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be fully processed. (Please note that this timeframe may be longer around holidays or other popular gifting seasons.) If the jewelry is unable to pass the quality control inspection, we will be in touch with the next steps to return the creation back to you.

All KAMAL® jewelry must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. We are unable to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

• It is not possible to return or exchange creations that are custom beskpoke, have been engraved, embossed, modified, or personalized.

• The returned or exchanged jewel must belong to a current collection; we can not exchange discontinued pieces.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to 7 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.
